RHS Operations Dashboard

This project redesigns and digitizes the daily operational workflow of Residence Hall Security (RHS) teams. Traditional shift management relied on physical round sheets and key sheets, leading to inefficiencies and limited traceability. The new platform introduces a structured, role-based web dashboard for admins, shift supervisors, and area supervisors. I mapped existing workflows, defined user roles and permissions, designed UI flows, and created a modern interface using component-based web design. The system supports shift preparation, key distribution tracking, building rounds logging, and monitor accountability — all within a centralized digital workspace. The project demonstrates applied UX design, system analysis, and web engineering to modernize real operational processes.
